How I work

I stay in the model

Managing eight jobs doesn't mean losing the details. When a scope gets difficult I open Revit myself — it keeps my estimates honest and my detailers trusting me.

Margin comes from coordination

The profit on a job is decided long before installation. Clashes caught in Navisworks, prefab drawings that field crews can build from — that's where the numbers come from.

Right-size the team

I've scaled a team to fifteen and pulled a structure back when it added layers instead of output. Both were the right call at the time.
